Gary Kirk pursues a legal practice which focuses primarily on Wills and Estate Planning and Administration, Family Law and Mediation. He is also an experienced litigator and has appeared before all levels of court in Alberta.

Gary is a member of the Law Society of Alberta, the Canadian Bar Association, the Calgary Bar Association and the Alberta Civil Trial Lawyers Association. He is an active member of the Family Law and Estates & Trusts subsections of the Canadian Bar Association.

His volunteer work includes acting as an advising lawyer to the University of Calgary’s Student Legal Services and conducting seminars on estate planning to various seniors groups in Calgary.
